Woodland Taco Truck

Menu
Woodland, CA
Woodland, CA may be one of the worst culinary towns in the state, but it's one saving grace is the El Paisano taco truck. Even though that's the presumed name (on the menu), it's simply known as the Woodland taco truck. There's more than one taco truck in Woodland, but for those who luckily (sarcasm) live there, it is simply known as THE taco truck.

Taco's are $1 each, topped with homemade salsa and cilantro, accompanied with a side of pickled carrots, jalapeƱos, line wedges and halved radishes. The Burritos filled with beans, rice and a meat of your choice are $3 each.  When Chu-Toro and I need a quick dinner, we are usually stuffed by spending less than $8 bucks.

There are a variety of meats, azada, adobada, cartinar, pollo, cabeza and lengua, all of which are chopped, made to order and full of flavored. There really is no bad choice. My only complaint it because it's made to order, it's not exactly quick to fulfill your order. But its worth the wait. Tasty, cheap, filling, authentic Mexican tacos on two small round warmed tortillas that are awesome.

Mmmm....Tacos
